My first OOTD!

So finally I decided to post an OOTD. I took the pictures after work and after a chipotle "pig out, need to feel good" dinner.

I think my Ann Taylor job has ran its course. Today I close the cash register and I was missing 67 dlls.... what?? I felt horrible when my manager ask me what happened. Nothing happened but I felt kinda like I dont know maybe blamed? Boss ask me to tell her about the transactions that I did with cash but nothing "stand out" like maybe I gave wrong change... She later told me that she will ask the other women that were in the register before me and after that she will contact corporate and will investigate the situation further. what does that mean? Does it mean bye bye discount and job after 1 month?
It was the first time that the register was missing money maybe I did a transaction wrong but I started feeling anxious and nervous and when I feel that way I start to do jokes that I guess they get lost in translation and I said "My dress doesn't have any pockets, check me" hahaha my boss said "Whaaaaaaaat?" and I repeated "I don't know what it could have happened".

After that on my way home I decided to get Chipotle that quickly is becoming my comfort-pig out- eat your feelings food especially those chips and guacamole and a LARGE regular coke... (might as well go in deep)

That's when I decided to do and OOTD. I needed the distraction to stop eating those chips but I discovered that I don't have a full length mirror where I can do that. So I have to do it in several pictures and with my iphone because my point and shoot camera got stolen in Brazil (another story)


I am taking the pictures on my bathroom and I wanted to show the detail on my headband that a friend made. She made with her own hands that headband... I think is so unique and a piece of interest for this outfit.
I will have to get another mirror to do this OOTD because it is really complicated to show the detail of this dress. It is ruffle overload!! and it have some movement to it ,

There! Here it is my first OOTD I am so nervous and hopefully I can learn some new stuff along the way.

Drumroll please!!

After too much pondering and trying to decide between the tote and the bracelet. I walk into the store and this bag just arrived and it was love at first sight. It had ruffles, gold chain in a soft leather. A beauty!!!
It retails for 295 and after doing my proper discount it went to 92 dlls with tax!!!! GASP!!


But as you can see there is something there too... the bracelet!! After another promotion I was able to buy it for 32 bucks! (FAINTS) here is another close up of this beauty with the bracelet. I love it!

It gives me enough sparkly without being over the top...

ooo pictured also in the first pic is this little cut 4 bags from the intuition brand for Target. It helps me keep my new bag organized inside because I tell you... I can be really messy!!! I am always looking for my phone in my bag.
I have yet to post an OOTD (outfit of the day) because I feel somewhat shy, but hello!!! I posted a picture of myself in my Lady Gaga costume it doesn't get better than that.
Hopefully tomorrow I can do an OOTD because right now I am on my pjs.
After work I stopped at F21 and Oh my god! the new Chic Paris line or whatever is called it is so cute!!! I want that little scarf with the Eiffel Tower but it was sold out on my store. Also sold out were the leg warmers with the rossettes or whatever is spelled soo cute. I made some purchases 1 sweater, the shorts and a corset from the Disco line.
love it!!
tomorrow monday I am going to be catching up with the cleaning of my home and doing errands... starting a new week!!

Decisions, Decisions!

I have a 70% discount on a full price item from Ann Taylor because our store did extremely well on black friday and Cybermonday...
YIPEE!!!
now the extremely hard time is to decide... what do I get? do I choose something that will only set back 20-35 dlls or go all out and get "the" bag that I been craving that will set me back close to 100 dlls...
My choices are

in black it will be around 35 dlls


the perfect tote that will set me back around 100 bucks.. in color black

or this bracelet. The only place that I found it is in this model so please zoom in... is sparkly without being overpowering and it will set me back around 35 dlls from 98.

Help!!! I have until saturday to make up my mind. All the items above I have on hold :P

long time

It's been a couple of weeks since my last post but I wanted to update that I got a job as seasonal at ANN TAYLOR!!! YIPEEE!!
and is so dangerous... all this good clothes, clearance, special markdowns, black friday, and sales associate discount makes it so hard to work there.
I need a job where they give you "free stuff" to try like in a makeup counter not to try on and then buy at the end of your shift like... gulp... I have done... 2 times... in the last 5 times I have been to work.

hubby is not pleased

I say is an investment and to quote Confessions of a Shopaholic "I loose money if I don't buy it"

Mad Men... 9 more months

OMG the season finale of mad men. I can't believe we won't have a new episode until next summer... is Harry really in love with Betty? why is she doing this? My favorite quote is "Peggy can you get me some coffee" "NO"
LOL and his look.

Finally I realized that my allergies are what are affecting me and I have to take 2 claritin D to be able to even "control" them... zyrtec didn't work. I wonder if there is something else I can take this are killing me.

Yesterday, the kids, me and my sister went to visit my aunt to her home that is close to 1 hour of my home. It's been a long time since I have seen her. It's weird when you realize that they are getting older and now is your turn to take care of them the whole "role reversal thing".

On our way back I stopped at the Gap Outlet and Osh-kosh-b'gosh for some winter/clearance stuff. Not a lot of selection but they had excellent peacoats coat on the 50 bucks range.

In one week my hubby comes back... I can't wait to see him.

I am officially sick but between the kids and activities can fully rest....
